Every year, thousands of companies publish annual reports containing executive compensation, board composition, and governance structures. This information is public by law, but buried in PDFs, scattered across languages, and practically invisible.
We extract, normalize, and connect this data so that investors, journalists, researchers, and governance professionals can answer questions that were previously unanswerable without weeks of manual work: How much do CEOs really earn? Which boards are the most independent? Who sits on multiple boards? How does governance compare across countries?
We believe transparency improves governance. When stakeholders can easily see how companies are run and how leaders are compensated, it creates accountability. BoardRoom is a small team with a large ambition: to be the definitive source of truth for European corporate leadership.
