This Privacy Policy describes how MOMENTUM AI SPÓŁKA Z OGRANICZONĄ ODPOWIEDZIALNOŚCIĄ ("Momentum", "we", "our") processes personal data of users of the Momentum web application ("Platform"), available at www.momentumlist.com.

§2. Data Collected

We may collect the following types of personal data:

Encrypted password
Company and billing information
Subscription plan, payment data (processed by Stripe)
Technical data: IP, device, OS, browser, etc.
Activity logs and user interaction data
Messages from contact forms
The Platform is not intended for users under 16 (13 in the US). We do not knowingly collect their data.
